We are a manufacturer of non-contact, non-radiometric thickness gauge systems for the applications of on-line measurement of thickness and width, process controll and surface analysis as well as colour measurement and automation.

For the industrial sectors of the plastics industry, we combine innovative engineering with user-oriented research and development of thickness gauges, allowing us to continually develop new systems with patented sensors for industry use.

Specially developed sensors are integrated into various production processes and guarantee a constant monitoring of thickness, weight, surface properties and other relevant properties of the material. This results in an improvement in quality through higher precision of the end-product and in a more cost-effective production via an efficient system which optimises both production and production costs while saving raw materials.

MeSys emphasises flexibility and thus enables a constant interexchange between our technical staff and our customers. This makes it possible to spot market trends and situations and implement new technologies.

Thickness Measurement - without Contact and without Radiometrics
With substantial experience in plastic production and measurement technology, we have developed a thickness gauge with process control which can be adapted to the needs of the application involved. Our sensors are patented. We have integrated pick-up sensors into the measuring frame to achieve the most optimal results for the application in question. Via additional free channels, additional sensors for color and/or temperature measurement, dampness measurement, surface inspection, defect detection systems and much more may be integrated.
