The Jockeyroller offers direct contact measurement with a movable roll sensor and aluminum plate and was especially designed for traversing measurement without leaving traces on the material.

Advantages:

• Very high precision, regardless of frame construction and roller position - no zero profile.
• Is not influenced by inexact traversing; high long-range stability compared to other measurement system which work via web roll.
• The sensor is very unsusceptible to mechanical strain and temperature changes.
