Lab Profiler LPS-200
A Laboratory Measuring System, the Lab Profiler is designed for thickness and surface weight measurements of paper, synthetics, metal, textiles, coating, etc.
Measurement of true surface weight and thickness can be carried out in one scan, regardless of material properties.
Due to a patented sensor, measurement is carried out without contact.
Available in two models:
Model LPS-200: Ultrasonic sensor for weight/thickness measurement
Measuring range: Thickness 0 - 0,5 mm, Surface Mass 0 - 500 g/m²
Modell LPS-200/C: Ultrasonic sensor and high precision roller,
Measuring range: Thickness 0 - 2 mm, Surface Mass 0 - 500 g/m²

SPCLab for WIN NT/2000/XP, Linux. Linear profile, polar profile, numerical display, roll, trend, min. average max. values, zoom, filter function, statistics, recipe. Data stored to HD or CD. Excel compatible. Data transfer via LAN.
RS232 communication for sensor and film transporter and measuring system for external PC available.

Measuring Device: Non-contact ultrasonic sensor, measuring range 0 - 500 µm, accuracy: +-0,5% of sample (resolution 12 Bit or 0,001 gsm), thickness calculated by weight/area, measuring area Gauss cuve -90% within 5 mm, film transporter via stepping motor, drive resolution 0.25mm, film winder with adjustable break, adjustable feed speed, measurement of sample length, automatic swith off at end of film, film widht max. 80 mm.
Option / C: High precision roller for extended measuring range 0-2 mm, non-contact measurement via linear displacement sensor, accuracy +2µm / 0,1 µm at 5 turns. 30mm diameter.
