The patented <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mesys.de\/en\/glossar\/usmx\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"The sensors USMX-200 as well as USMX-500 are a new measurement method for weight and\/or thickness of thin materials...\" class=\"encyclopedia\">USMX<\/a> 200 and 500 ultrasonic technology is the first and still only sensor for direct weight measurement, that is not affected by the chemical composition of the materials, the color or the density. A calibration is not needed when the material is changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For on-line weight measurement of non-compact materials (non-woven or foamed materials) a microprocess controlled x-ray low-kilovoltage sensor is used.
